ENTRY OF JUDGEMENTS: With A Stipulation and Order for Judge Pro Tempore I will be available to review the marital settlement agreement and accompanying pleadings to assure compliance with the court’s requirements, sign and execute the final Judgment for a flat rate of $700. I work with Karen Olson, recently retired Lead Legal Technician, CCC Sup.Ct. Document preparation is also available for additional cost.

CONSULTATION: My Consultation Service affords Attorneys an opportunity to have their client meet with them and a retired Judicial Officer where I listen carefully to their client's concerns and offer a realistic assessment of likely litigation outcomes based upon over twenty years of experience sitting on the Superior Court Family Law Bench.

MEDIATION: I will serve as a confidential mediator in family law disputes. I will work with parties an their attorneys towards a stipulated settlement of designated or all matters. Absent full agreement, parties’ statements in mediation remain confidential and are not subject to admission in future adversarial proceedings.

JUDICIAL SETTLEMENT CONFERENCE: Following the exchange of settlement conference statements, I will conduct a full judicial settlement conference. The statements shall include an itemization of each disputed issue involved with a brief summary of the evidence the party would proffer in support of his/her claims should the matter proceed to trial, an estimate of fees and costs should the matter proceed to trial, the anticipated source of payment of such fees, and each party’s specific proposals for settlement. I will schedule as much time as is needed, working through the day until settlement is achieved with a signed settlement agreement.
